Avocado are a good source of vitamin C and E. The variety we procure are Hass. These ''ready to eat'' avocado are pre ripened, so they mash easily on your toast. A very good fruit for promoting healthy skin and high in healthy fats. Once considered exotic in Ireland they are now one of the most popular fruits in Ireland. Always store at room temperature, as they prefer being warm rather than cold.
